Winchester Redevelopment Community Engagement Sessions
The second engagement session will occur on Tuesday, February 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Winchester Community Center. Walk in and share your thoughts about the future of the area.
On December 4, 2025, the community was invited to provide their ideas and hopes for the future of the neighborhood at the first community engagement session.

Winchester Memorabilia Cataloging Project
As part of the Winchester Revitalization intiative, the City of Monroe will be photographing and cataloging memorabilia, keepsakes, and other documentations. photos of the catloged items will be used in various community art projects.
