Prime Time in the Parks: New Adult Basketball Tournament in Monroe

The City of Monroe Parks & Recreation Department is excited to launch a brand-new basketball event this spring. Prime Time in the Parks: Elite Tournament is a competitive eight-week basketball tournament designed for adults ages 18 and over.

Held at the Winchester Community Center (1001 Winchester Avenue), this exciting program blends competition, community engagement, and fun for local adults looking to stay active in a friendly, organized setting.

Tournament Format & Schedule

  • Duration: Eight weeks of competition beginning in March
  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Format: Fast-paced 5-on-5 basketball games with weekly points contributing to playoff standings
  • Participants: Teams of five players (ages 18+)

Whether your squad is out for bragging rights or just some good exercise, Prime Time in the Parks: Elite Tournament offers high-energy action and a chance to connect with other basketball enthusiasts in the community.
