Division Chief Adam Speer brings over 25 years in the fire service into his role as Training Officer. He began his career with the Monroe Fire Department (MFD) in February 2005, progressing through the ranks to now serve as the Division Chief of Training. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Worship Studies. Chief Speer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading all aspects of departmental training to ensure MFD personnel remain highly skilled and mission-ready.
