Outside Agency Grant Funding

Mandatory Funding Workshop

Organizations planning to request Outside Agency Funding must attend the Mandatory Funding Workshop scheduled for Monday, December 1, 1 to 3 p.m., via Zoom. The session will review program guidelines and provide instructions for submitting a complete and accurate application. No registration is needed.

Application Requirements

Eligible agencies must demonstrate operations for three years prior to application. No start-up agency applications will be considered for funding. The City of Monroe does not fund public, private, or charter school activities through this process. Only activities that benefit a public purpose as described by North Carolina Law shall be considered for funding i.e. low-to-moderate income Monroe citizens. Collaborative agency applications are encouraged.
